YELLOW SQUASH

 

Yellow (summer) squash has thin, edible skin and soft seeds. The tender flesh has a mild flavor and doesn’t require long cooking. Perfect for vegetable sautées, pasta dishes and soup recipes.

ZUCCHINI SQUASH

 

Dark green skin and off-white flesh with a very pale green cast. Flavor is light and delicate. Excellent for stir-frying, stuffing, grilling or snacking on raw with yogurt ranch dip.
