We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This role is responsible for conducting inspections and evaluations throughout all stages of production from greenhouse operations to final packaging in the packhouse. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with product quality standards, food safety regulations, and workplace safety protocols, while also contributing to training initiatives and research and development efforts.

Perform routine quality inspections in the greenhouse and packhouse
Verify compliance with internal and customer quality standards
Monitor and document harvesting, packing, labeling, and overall product quality
Conduct food safety and labor safety walkthroughs and report findings
Assist in preparing for internal and third-party audits (e.g., Organic, Fair Trade)
Support the development of training materials and safety communications
Collaborate with R&D on trial inspections and product improvement feedback
