Wholesum is seeking a dynamic Business Central (BC) Specialist to lead the integration, project development, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across our multi-company, multi-departmental ecosystem. In this key role, you will ensure uninterrupted system performance while aligning Business Central capabilities with business needs to optimize efficiency and scalability.

You will serve as a cross-functional bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders leveraging deep ERP knowledge and strong business process insight to enhance performance, ensure data integrity, and support strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a global mindset, ready to thrive in multicultural settings and deliver robust, scalable ERP solutions that grow with the business.

Función y responsabilidades

  • Partner with company leadership to optimize business processes and ensure ERP solutions align with operational goals.

  • Lead multi-company migrations into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with minimal disruption.

  • Provide expert support to users across departments including Finance, Sales, Logistics, and Production.

  • Integrate third-party systems (e.g., EDI, TMS) and ensure seamless connectivity and data flow.

  • Design and maintain secure, efficient system integrations using APIs, FTP/SFTP, and other tools.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable ERP configurations and system enhancements.

  • Manage system updates, feature rollouts, and patches to maintain peak performance and security.

  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for system configurations, workflows, and support processes.

  • Lead user training, testing, deployment, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.

Requerimientos mínimos

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, or Dynamics 365 (F&O or BC) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Analysis or a related field required.
  • Certification preferred Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of core business functions such as Finance, Accounting, Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
  • Proven experience with API development, FTP/SFTP protocols, and EDI integrations.
  • Familiarity with TMS platforms and EDI standards and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation and business process flows.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred.
  • Collaborative team player with a self-starting attitude and ability to work in cross-cultural, cross-functional teams.
  • Tourist Visa required
  • Willingness to relocate required
