  • 8 oz black spaghetti
  • 6 oz (1/2 pack) of Wholesum® Poppies™
  • Olive oil
  • Mediterranean herb mix
  • Granulated garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Edible flowers (optional)


  • Spaghetti:

    Cook spaghetti in boiling water for 10 minutes on high and strain.
  • Cook tomatoes in olive oil on medium heat for 10. Add Mediterranean herbs, granulated garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Plating:

    In a bowl, place cooked pasta in the center and top with cooked tomatoes. Finalize by topping with grated parmesan cheese to taste. Garnish with edible flowers.
