Fresh and Creamy Cuke Tzatziki


  • 1 Wholesum® Long English Cucumber
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp of granulated garlic
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 chopped basil leaves
  • 1/3 cup of diced Wholesum® Long English Cucumber


  • Peel long English cucumber (optional) and remove any seeds if present, grate and strain out water. In a bowl, mix grated cucumber with garlic, lime juice, olive oil, basil leaves, dill, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Plating:

    In a bowl, fold cucumber mix into the Greek yogurt. Drizzle the top with olive oil. Garnish with diced cucumber and dill.
