Grilled Veggie and Cheese Skewers

  • 1 pack of Wholesum® Poppies™
  • 2 Wholesum® Zucchini, sliced, then halved
  • 1 pack 8 oz Halloumi cheese, cubed
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Grated garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbs for garnish


      • Preheat barbecue grill to high and grease the grate. Combine oil, garlic powder and grated garlic in a medium bowl.
      • Add the Halloumi cheese to the garlic and oil mix and coat then remove.
      • Add tomatoes and zucchini to the bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
      • Divide the ingredients between 6 metal skewers.
      • Grill skewers for 4-6 minutes with the grill lid closed but turning frequently.
