1/4 cup cubed feta

Preheat oven to 450°F. While the oven heats, use a serrated knife to slice fresh baguette into 1/4-inch thick rounds - perfect for crostini.
Arrange baguette slices on parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle each slice with high-quality olive oil for a perfect golden crunch.
Toast the crostini in the oven for 5-6 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and crispy. Remove and let cool.
Prepare the Mediterranean tomato topping: In a large mixing bowl, combine two 8-ounce packs of Wholesum Lil'Ones organic pearl tomatoes, 1/4 cup cubed feta cheese, 1/4 cup Kalamata olives (whole), 1/4 cup green olives and the chopped basil.
Season and finish the topping: Drizzle the tomato mixture with a little more olive oil, then add freshly ground black pepper and a sprinkle of oregano to taste. Gently toss to to combine.
Assemble and serve: Spoon the flavorful tomato and olive oil mixture onto each crostini. Serve immediately as a colorful and delicious Mediterranean appetizer or party snack.
