Zucchini infusion (1 cup of sliced Wholesum® Zucchini)
1 tbsp simple syrup
Ice
3 oz Mezcal
Smoked salt
1 slice of dehydrated Wholesum® Zucchini
Directions
Zucchini Infusion:
In a small saucepan, bring sliced zucchini and one cup of water to a boil for about 5 minutes. Add simple syrup. Remove from heat, strain and refrigerate until cool.
Cocktail:
In a cocktail shaker, add zucchini infusion with ice and mezcal.
Serving directions:
Salt the rim of a champagne coup. Add ice followed by the strained cocktail mix and garnish with a slice of dehydrated zucchini.
