Smokey Zucchini Cocktail


  • Zucchini infusion (1 cup of sliced Wholesum® Zucchini)
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup
  • Ice
  • 3 oz Mezcal
  • Smoked salt
  • 1 slice of dehydrated Wholesum® Zucchini


  • Zucchini Infusion:

    In a small saucepan, bring sliced zucchini and one cup of water to a boil for about 5 minutes. Add simple syrup. Remove from heat, strain and refrigerate until cool.
  • Cocktail:

    In a cocktail shaker, add zucchini infusion with ice and mezcal.
  • Serving directions:

    Salt the rim of a champagne coup. Add ice followed by the strained cocktail mix and garnish with a slice of dehydrated zucchini.
