Vibrant Valentinos™ Bruschetta

  • 1 fresh baguette
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Oregano
  • 1 2/3 cup of Wholesum® Valentinos™
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 black olive per bruschetta
  • Mozzarella or feta cheese
  • Granulated garlic
  • 1 basil leaf per bruschetta
  • Pea shoots


      • Cut 5 round slices of bread approximately 1/2 inch thick, add butter and olive oil. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 400°F.
      • Place the baked bread slices on a plate. In a skillet, sauté Valentinos™ with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper for 5 minutes at high temperature.
      • Place mixture on top of bread slices and add black olive, mozzarella cubes, a touch of oregano and granulated garlic. Garnish each bruschetta with a basil leaf and pea shoots.
