Cut 5 round slices of bread approximately 1/2 inch thick, add butter and olive oil. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 400°F.
Place the baked bread slices on a plate. In a skillet, sauté Valentinos® with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper for 5 minutes at high temperature.
Place mixture on top of bread slices and add black olive, mozzarella cubes, a touch of oregano and granulated garlic. Garnish each bruschetta with a basil leaf and pea shoots.
