Spread pastry dough onto 8” greased baking mold. Bake for 10 minutes at 400°F.
Jam:
Cook tomatoes and two cups of water on high for 15 minutes. Use a hand blender to mix, adding in cinnamon, brown sugar and corn starch. Once all ingredients have been blended, cook at low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
Plating:
Place the empty tart shell on a plate and add tomato mixture until full. Garnish with a sliced Darling™ tomato and edible flower petals.
